Our new boutique studio ‘The Loft’ in Buckhurst Hill brings cutting edge, core-stability workouts fused from Pilates, Yoga and Dance techniques designed to tone and sculpt the body – fast. We understand keeping you motivated, energized and challenged is key, therefore, we pride ourselves on providing some of the hottest workouts currently available in London, to your local area, and all to the sound of soulful beats to keep your adrenalin and heart rate pumping.
The CoreFit Pilates signature workout ‘CoreFit Pilates Reformers’ is the ultimate cross training workout created to engage and strengthen your core, waist and lower back muscles, improving posture whilst preventing injury. Perfect for rehabilitation and toning the whole body.
Our highly qualified instructors also specialise in core-based classes such as the revolutionary Booty Barre workout using the ballet barre, Dynamic Yoga, CoreFit Pilates Mat workouts, HIIT, Urban Funk street dance and Core Ball classes with new workouts set to be introduced later in the year. Classes are choreographed to challenge but also allow you to work at your own level.
We have introduced a monthly membership and combination packages offering unlimited access to classes for the super motivated as well as a ‘drop-in’ option for those of you who prefer not to be tied in. There are no joining fees and you have the right to cancel at the end of every month if you desire.

Owner and instructor Sandra Bickmore opened her first personal training studio ‘CoreFit Pilates Repton Park’ in 2003.
Sandra has over 20 years experience in her field and has been a certified Pilates practitioner since 2000, training extensively with MK Pilates. She is also a fully qualified gym, personal trainer and aerobics instructor. She has worked in many top gyms across London and Essex, specialising in core strength and focusing on Pilates and Pilates Reformers.
Sandra’s passion for Pilates started back in 2000 when she started to developed a true understanding for the importance of core stability when exercising and during everyday life.
Emma’s beautifully choreographed Vinyasa classes are a breathing, movement meditation, enriched by her passion and knowledge of the eight limbs of yoga. Her calming nature creates a comfortable and grounding space to practice. Her classes are tailored to all levels with attention to detail and alignment. She teaches a strong yet graceful flow of mindfulness and concentration that will continually challenge you, leaving you with a powerful sense of connection, peacefulness and rejuvenation. She finds genuine happiness through helping and inspiring her students on their journey through strengthening body and mind.
Emma discovered yoga at the age of 17 and totally fell in love with the practice. She completed her yoga teacher training with Trimurti in India 2014 and went on to train in Chakra Prana Vinyasa with Shiva Rea, Pre & Post-natal yoga with Katy Appleton, Pregnancy Yoga with Mel Campbell and Kids yoga & Partner yoga with Rainbow Yoga London. She infuses knowledge from every teacher she has learnt from to create her own unique and ‘juicy’ flow.
